Now open! 85°C Bakery Café

Kapolei Shopping Center is excited to be the home of Oahu’s second 85°C Bakery Café.

To the uninitiated, this is no ordinary café. Each cup of coffee is individually brewed with Guatemalan coffee beans for a smooth, rich taste. All of their drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, boba teas and smoothies are made to order. And then there are the sweets: the in-shop bakery offers 50 varieties of freshly baked pastries as well as mouth-watering gourmet cakes, available by the slice or whole.

Why 85ºC? The name comes from the idea that the perfect brewing temperature for espresso coffee is 85º Celsius.
