Now OPEN: Timmy T’s Gourmet Grinders

One of Hawaii’s favorite sandwich shops is now open at Kapolei Shopping Center, serving up gourmet sandwiches daily.

Local, family-owned Timmy T’s is the go-to for fast, fresh, made-to-order sandwiches. Served on soft Hawaiian-style bread or hearty wheat, they are stacked with premium meats, cheeses, and crisp vegetables.

Open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Timmy T’s is the perfect stop for a quick lunch or feeding a crowd. They also offer boxed lunches and sandwich platters for catering, ideal for offices, schools, teams, and events across the community.

“We selected Kapolei Shopping Center for our second Timmy T’s franchise due to its strong position within a rapidly growing community,” said owner CJ Day. “ Kapolei continues to experience residential and commercial expansion, creating sustained demand for convenient, high-quality food and beverage options. The center’s established tenant mix, steady foot traffic, and accessibility make it an ideal location to build on the success of our first Timmy T’s.”

Celebrate Spring with Bubbles, Butterflies & the Easter Bunny
Sat, April 4 | 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. | Free family event

Bring the kids and join Kapolei Shopping Center in welcoming Spring with an interactive live butterfly experience for keiki plus fun with giant bubbles, and a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny.

Keiki can hold a Monarch butterfly inside the special butterfly dome and learn more about them through educational displays and activities.

The lawn adjacent to Safeway will be active with giant bubbles for all to enjoy.

And don’t miss taking a family selfie with the adorable Easter Bunny.
